[Random Insanities]

LOL! For the first time ever, I understand why some rather, ah, direct people have been asking others to get a life - direct people like Jill or my brother. I'm one of those 'others' that need to get a life.

Meh, I've been thinking a bit (procrastinating during Maths class again), and I realised that I don't actually do much except sit in front of the computer every single damn day! I mean, seriously! I should be more like Temmy or Jizz - except without the less desirable traits. I think I'll start going out more often, and stop using the damned computer for once. I mean, who else uses the computer for 8 hours a day?! I'm gonna spend my time actually doing something meaningful.

I should seriously go for tuition or something, or do what Xavier does - sleep in the afternoon, do crap in the night. He studies for 2 hours a day - which is much, much more than I can say for myself. Hell, I don't even study! It's time I changed that, eh?

Heh, today was the first day back in school, and already it was rather eventful.

So then, as I walking the stretch of road to school, I accidentally walked past P without noticing her - and I had to take a few moments to find her when she called my name. LOL! She reminded me that it was my duty today, and I told her that yeah, I remember.

I was on duty with Saleen and SH, and wouldn't you know it, SH actually knows how to use the General Office system! I mean, sure, it was idiot-proof and I learned it within moments - but still, a junior learning earlier than a senior? LOL! The worst thing was that Mr T was there the whole time - though I'm sure I proved myself by learning quickly. =D

I was so distracted today that I uncoiled the entire length of extendable wire, finding the plug-head, only to find that it had already been plugged in - much to amusement of Mobius, Saleen and SH. Thank God J was on duty today - she would totally give me hell and fix me with that cold stare of hers. =D

Oph, Belladonna and Daisee were on CA duty today. I held down the button for the PA button, let Belladonna say the words for morning assembly, got Saleen to boot up the radio and then we blared the National Anthem through the system. After that, Belladonna did the pledge, and then she was done with her job. LOL! Not too long after, Mr I did the temperature-taking exercise through the system - and then Daisee made the announcements - and finally it was all over!

Went back to class and found out that already Predator had gotten a MORF from the disciplinary teacher Mrs R. That was... fast. ;D

It feels so good to be back with Xavier, Xanier, Jovine, Virgin, Jennifer, TL at the back of the class. LOL! Lessons were much more interesting than usual, and I managed to pay attention until Maths class (which was near the end of school), where I drooped my head on to the table after half an hour. Pssh, but no surprise there, eh? ;D

There was Geography, but the teacher was absent.

Next up's Art, which was spent designing robots and machines in 3D. LOL! It was interesting enough, I suppose.

Recess was next - and I'd forgotten just how crowded the canteen can be. Pssh, I knew I should've gone for an early recess (I assume we're still allowed to do that as SLs). As it was, I only ate 5 nuggets before I reported for my recess duty at Ramp One. Yeah, I know I have no official duty (privileges of MTech), but I have nothing better to do anyway, what with the Exercise Corner being closed down. =/

After recess came Science, which was spent on my favourite topic. That's right, folks! We learnt about the more, ah, private functions and parts of the human body. To my disappointment, I found out that I already knew most of the crap in that topic. Heh, it was still pretty cool, though. =D

Maths, as I said, was boring. We had this new teacher that was fat used language that I didn't approve of. LOL! As I've said before, my thinking can be rather rigid at times - but seriously, his words were so fake, as though he was trying to fit in with the younger generation. A good attempt, seeing as most people liked him at once, but definitely not me.

There was no Assembly, so we had to do some mind-challenging crap in class. LOL! Damn, due to a careless mistake in my calculations, I got the wrong answer like so many others. Pssh, and to think that I was so close. I only paid attention to the first question, which was to say, "How many squares are there on a chessboard?" If you think the answer's 64, you're wrong. =P

Finally, school ended!

Virgin, Jennifer, Xavier and I went over to The Coffeeshop to have a quick lunch, and then we took a bus to my house. LOL! Basically I wore some clothes and crap, and they told me what they thought, and what clothes to buy and shit. I had a $40 budget - which was, surprisingly, enough for what I bought later on! =D

After messing around in my house for a while - including the time when Jennifer snapped a photo of me while I was changing out of my shirt - we finally went out to AMK Hub to buy my stuff. Woots! I can't believe I'm actually shopping! =D

As it was 3PM and Xavier's mother didn't allow him to go out, he had to leave for home as soon as we alighted. LOL!

So then we walked around AMK Hub, and I got a pair of jeans for $30 bucks - you have no idea how much pain my heart felt when I handed over the money. LOL! And then we walked out of the Hub and traversed the streets of AMK Central, and we eventually got me a pair of shoes for about $15 - Jennifer paid $10 as a late birthday present for me. LOL! Oh man, she's awesome!

Now that our shopping was done (yeah, I've spent $35 bucks already), we wandered around and did stuff. LOL! Virgin got a milk tea from Koi Cafe, and then we looked around in Cheers - and the girls were looking at the condoms. LOL!! That was, hm, interesting. =D

Virgin gave me the remainder of her milk tea because she couldn't bring it somewhere. LOL! We separated at the entrance of AMK Hub, and I took Bus 138 home.

Ah, what a lovely, tiring day. =D

LOL! I woke up at 7AM, and my heart was beating real fast for some reason. Was it a dream? I'm not sure - for I cannot remember my dreams as vividly as I could before.

For about half an hour (I checked the time as soon as I woke up), I tossed and turned in my bed, thinking about a particular something, until I gave up trying to return to sleep and got up to use the computer. Had breakfast before continuing my work on the computer.

It was about 11AM or 12AM before I finally remembered that today was Tuesday - and that I'd agreed to meet up with King for Pepper Lunch! Crap! I sent him an SMS, and when it was nearing dismissal time, I got dressed, took a hot shower, brushed my teeth again, before departing to meet him. LOL! And apparently Tyr didn't know that there was plunch today. Pssh.

I ended up being late by about 10 minutes. Man.

LOL! When I got there, King had to take a few moments to look at me before saying, "You look taller". Meh, and then we went into Pepper Lunch to have plunch.

Oh, and wouldn't you know it, we met Ash and this modern-dancer named VC - whom I've heard of but never met before. Meh, she was nowhere as sexy as me, but she was moderately good-looking. ;D

Talk about being BHB, eh? ;)

Halfway through ordering our meal, L and A from King's class joined us, and so there were six of us. LOL! Stardust saw us from outside when she was walking past, and she came in, grinning at us... and then whipped around to talk to her old friend who was still queueing up, completely ignoring us. LOL! King read my mind and said, "Owned" before I could. Dang! =D

And then she came over, we chatted for a few seconds, and then she left. Not too long after King and I finished our meals, Har, Fah and Ben spotted us from outside too, and came over to say hi - and so King and I decided to leave the girls behind to join them. LOL! But then I got a mood-swing at Central Macs, so I decided to go home alone instead.

As I walked past The Swings, I suddenly remembered a couple of K's advice on a particular topic. LOL! As soon as I got home, I showered again before exercising in my parents' room (the only bedroom in the house still left with a door), and though I couldn't "do 200 push-ups", I did do 200 sit-ups. And then I did quite a number of other stuff while listening to the radio - I only left when my arms were on the brink of snapping.

Used the computer from 4PM till now (5.36PM), and will probably be returning to another game of L4D with Tyr. Heh.

The seventh, the last, and the most epic day of the AYGs. I made the acquaintance of this really awesome lady, C, when I joined her and K's chat. LOL! She's like, the most awesome girl I've ever met. Heh, we had a pretty illuminating chat together, and I was rather surprised - but pleasantly so - when I successfully asked her out on a date. LOL! You have no idea how estactic I was, despite the fact that I was a hopeless case at romance stuff. Heh, but later on she said it was just a joke. LOL!

Oh wait, I'd better start at the beginning.

So then we did the usual stuff - arriving in school, temperature-taking, etc - and soon we were in NSC. I ate a small portion of breakfast, before Oph, Meli, CS and I left for our station. LOL! I ate a couple of Muesli bars and thought they were pretty good, contrary to what loads of people have been saying. Or maybe I'm just weird. LOL!

LOL! A lady that I've seen several times before came over and started chatting with K, and after a while, without knowing how, I joined in their conversation. Heh, and that's how I met C. I forgot how, but we somehow managed to change the topic to relationships and stuff - and then, somehow, I asked C out, she agreed! Heh! We had a great laugh over that, and when N heard that we were going out, his expression was a shocked and inquisitive one.

I thought she was serious about the date, until, near the beginning of the ceremony, when Brand was asking about it again, and she said we were just joking. LOL! Pssh, but seriously, I would love to go out with her. It'll probably be epic. =D

So yeah, I chatted with K and C during our resting periods - that means when there were no VIPs. Ah, awesomeness. =D

The day passed pretty well, though it rained really heavily in the afternoon. K lent me his jacket, despite my protests, and I accepted it gratefully after I got drenched from escorting several VIPs back and forth from the VIP building to the canteen (because there was absolutely no way I should let the VIPs get wet - even if it meant standing out in the rain with an umbrella in my hands).

Near the evening, I suddenly got a mood-swing. Pssh. I have no idea why, but suddenly I just felt so tired, as though I've been living since the dawn of time and was tired of it. LOL! And that was how I scared CS when I lent my stuff to her with an aggressive look. It was unintentional, I swear! Even YZ, who was a remarkably, ah, not selfless person, agreed to give me a turn at the computer when I asked for it - when she normally would not. =]

Oh, that reminds me. LOL! C wanted to use the Internet, but as Meli was using the one with the internet connection, I decided to try my hand at guessing the password for the Internet connection - which was, well, protected (duh). LOL! Lady Luck was with me and I got the username and password correct on my first try! Heck yeah! xD

But really, I've had plenty of practise hacking into my own computer whenever my parents set a password on it. ;D

And no, the Internet connection thing isn't considered 'hacking' because the computer and Internet was there to be used - except they'd forgotten to set up the connection for the second computer. In your face, righteous people. =D

The closing/prize-giving ceremony was interesting enough, and the dinner was great! The little bit of food that I tried was decent, but mostly I just drank the peach tea from the drink dispensers. LOL! Took loads of photos with people, but I have no idea where those photos are because I wasn't using my own camera. I think the majority of photos are with TF - I'd better go ask them from him later on.

LOL! Ah, there're loads of stuff to add on, but this is the skeleton/outline of everything that happened today. =D

As usual, I woke up and reached school at 7.15AM, and took my temperature, did the water parade, and usual stuff. LOL! Mrs S said something about people who'd started drinking too early will have to drink another bottle for the water parade - and unfortunately, I'd drunk my bottle of water before I realised that the water parade had not started yet. But though Mrs S saw me, she didn't say a thing. LOL! See? She's the best! Fierce at times, but well-intentioned at heart - I hope. =]

Arrived at NSC at the usual time, and had breakfast. Once again, because of the lack of coffee, I just stared into air, until Mrs S spoke to me. LOL! Yeah, apparently she wanted me to delete something from the school forums. Heh, my brain was sluggish, so I couldn't express myself properly - but yeah, I said I'd settle the forum thing. LOL!

For some reason, CS, Oph, Meli and I had this mutual urge to go to our work place earlier than usual - and that's what we did! If I remember correctly, we left for our station half an hour or 15 minutes earlier than usual. Heh.
